Akon marries Shahrukh, Kareena, Bollywood…

King Khan was full of his wit and mesmerizing charm, looking cool and dapper in black jeans with short gelled hair, the Badshah of bollywood made the 1+hr wait worth. SRK decided to welcome the international hip hop sensation Akon in a traditional manner and showered him with flowers, whereas his heroine of 'Ra. One' Kareena Kapoor put 'tikka' on his forehead and garlanded him. The singer was stumped and immediately SRK quipped with the display of his lovely dimpled smile, "In India, once the actress garlands you, you are married to the hero."

That’s SRK for you always at his charming best, SRK and his team of his forthcoming superhero flick 'Ra.One' welcomed the international singing sensation to India who came to Mumbai on Monday to record two songs for the SRK Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Ra. One’ being directed by Anurag Basu. Akon is expected to compose and sing two numbers for the film.

After the welcome, Akon rushed to YRF studios for recording.

Movies based on the story of Devdas has always been hit. It would be interesting to watch if the serial is able to generate the same interest  among the viewers.
