Ratings Woes Continue for CNN’s Rick Sanchez

In July Rick Sanchez and CNN had a very tough month compared to July 2009. Rick’s List was down over 50% with the advertising-centric 25-54 demographic where Situation Room averaged 276,000 viewers last July and Rick’s List averaged 134,000 this July.

Rick’s List was down nearly 50% with overall viewers, too. In July 2009, Situation Room averaged 1.083 million from 4p-5p. This July Rick’s List averaged 555,000.

Note: CNN’s ratings were still riding highs last July due to coverage of the death of Michael Jackson.
