NBC Unveils Fall Schedule

After a week that included the high profile dismissal of David E. Kelly's Wonder Woman and the pick up of several promising pilots and established favorites, NBC became the first broadcast network to reveal their fall schedule.

Though Sundays are still up in the air due to the potential football lockout, Mondays find midseason surprise The Sing-Off shifting to fall with a two hour edition that leads into much buzzed about pilot The Playboy Club, a period piece about the Chicago-based Playboy Clubs. Tuesdays remain unchanged, while Wednesdays finds two new comedies (the Will Arnett/Christina Applegate/Maya Rudolph Up All Night and the American adaptation of Free Agents), Harry's Law shifting time slots, and venerable Law & Order: SVU maintaining its 10:00 timeslot. NBC will be launching one new comedy on Thursdays in Whitney and a one new drama in the American remake of Prime Suspect starring Maria Bello. Fridays finds Chuck's final season, new drama Grimm, and Dateline NBC.

For midseason, NBC will have Dateline at 7:00 on Sundays followed by Celebrity Apprentice from 8:00-10:00 and the straight-to-series adaptation of John Grisham's The Firm at 10:00. Mondays finds breakout The Voice from 8:00-10:00 leading into Broadway drama Smash at 10:00. No dates for their other midseason shows were revealed.

What do you think about the schedule? Which new shows will you be watching? What do you think about the shows NBC chose to leave for midseason?
