The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Trailer Airs at MTV Movie Awards

This is the moment about one million Twilight fans have been waiting for: the trailer for Breaking Dawn, Part 1. The trailer for Breaking Dawn aired during tonight's MTV Movie Awards, which is one of the few awards shows the Twilight movies every dominate.

Breaking Dawn, Part 1 will be released on November 18, 2011, while Part 2 will be released November 16, 2012.

Part 1 focuses on the wedding of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, which is primarily what the movie trailer that aired during the MTV Movie Awards focuses on. After the ceremony, the newlyweds head to Rio de Janeiro for their honeymoon. There, they finally have sex. Why is this such a big deal? Well, it's all kind of ridiculous, frankly, but Edward was afraid he'd break Bella if they had sex while she was human. Of course, she still is human during the honeymoon, so I'm not entirely certain how they're going to sanitize the rather graphic bedroom scene for a PG-13 audience.

Soon, Bella learns that she's pregnant, even though this should be impossible as Edward is a vampire. But it's a very special baby, you see. One who grows at an alarming rate and has all sorts of special powers, which draws the attention of the Volturi and various other enemies of the Cullens. I'm not entirely sure at what point in the book the movies will be divided, though.
