The canning of a song in Allu Arjun's forthcoming action movie Varudu, being directed by Gunasekhar, was left unfinished after Allu Arjun fractured his wrist during the shooting, the actor's brother Allu Sirish tweeted on Wednesday evening. Sirish also maintained that the actor is determined to complete the rest of the shooting, so that the film is ready for March end or April first week as planned. Produced by D.V.V. Danayya under the banner of Universal Media, Varudu will be released in Telugu and Malayalam simultaneously. Director Gunasekhar said Allu Arjun will be seen in a role that he never played before. A new heroine is making her debut, but her name is yet to be revealed. Renowned director Singeetham Sreenivas Rao appears in a special role. Tamil hero Arya plays the villain.
