Google obviously aren’t entirely confident that we understand how their new Google TV system works, hence anew video putting the system into context for the everyman. As we’ve already heard, the Google TV system whips together search, streaming video, photo galleries and remote DVR and cable box control, all in a lounge-friendly UI that sits on top of your regular TV experience.

To be fair, we’re still not entirely convinced by Google TV, and neither are some of our pundits; Avi Greengart described is as a “good idea” but with “poor initial execution”, while Don Reisinger isn’t convinced that users wouldn’t be better off with a proper HTPC.
