Last night's episode of Game of Thrones saw Ned continuing his investigation into John Arryn's death, but next Sunday's episode will have him realizing a shocking fact (for him, not for the audience) and the repercussions could be enormous. After being reinstated as the King's Hand, Ned also hears complaints from citizens while King Robert is on a hunt and then decides to issue a decree that could have the kingdoms suffering from long-term consequences.
At the Eyrie, Tyrion continues to be held prisoner, but after making a deal with his guard, he is brought before Lysa and her crazy son and demands a trial by combat. Will Tyrion's wits get him out of his current imprisonment?
Viserys continues to grow more and more demanding as Daenerys continues to settle into her new marriage and pregnancy. After demanding that Drogo finally deliver on his promise after receiving Daenerys as his wife, Drogo repays Viserys in a very interesting manner.
