Steven Moffat's reign over Doctor Who is getting stranger and stranger, and you know what? I love it. With mid-series finale "A Good Man Goes to War" airing Saturday in the U.K., what's going to happen once the Doctor and his pals return in the fall? Well, the only information we really have now is the title, and it's a doozy. It's unlike any title the revitalized show has ever had. Are you ready?
"Let's Kill Hitler."
No, I'm not joking. That's really the title of the second part of the story set up by "A Good Man Goes to War," and it might just be the most out-of-left-field title the show has ever had. The title does tie into promotional trailers we've seen featuring Nazis, as well as set photos that include Rory and Amy in World War II era Germany.
But what does this mean? We'll have to wait until "A Good Man Goes to War" airs. That episode reportedly has a massive cliffhanger that has been described as a game-changer, and whatever happens in "Let's Kill Hitler" will undoubtedly hinge entirely on what happens then. Too bad American viewers will be a week late to the party, eh?
Keep checking in, as TVOvermind will have a lot of Doctor Who related news leading into this Saturday's episode (for the UK, at least).
