Emotions rode high among both Indian and Pakistani fans while watching the high voltage India-Pakistan semi-final clash day before yesterday. The Govinda-Yuvika starrer Naughty @40 , which is directed by Jagmohan Mundhra, and is a take-off on Steve Carrell's 40 Year Old Virgin went into production almost three years ago. However, though the film was scheduled to release this Feb, it has instead just been doing rounds of the court, making headlines for the legal tangle it had. Thanks to this legal tussle, the film though complete, never saw the light of day, but on Thursday, the Delhi High Court cleared the film for release this April. The film was apparently delayed as the co-producers of the film had a financial fall out and approached the court for recovery of a loan of approx Rs.1.32 cr. The ruling to allow the film release came after producer Anuj Sharma's lawyer deposited a demand draft of Rs. 1 cr with the court registry. As for the release of the deposit to the petitioner, it would be decided after the entire amount (Rs.1.32 cr) is deposited with the court. Sharma has been asked to
