A Colorado judge on Wednesday gave the go-ahead for actor Charlie Sheen to visit and speak to his sick wife for the first time since a violent Christmas Day quarrel. The judge's order followed the admission to the intensive care unit of a Los Angeles hospital of Brooke Mueller, the wife of the "Two and a Half Men" TV star, with a high fever and suspected pneumonia. Sheen, 44, was arrested on Dec 25 in the ski resort of Aspen, Colorado, after Mueller told police he pulled a knife on her during an argument and threatened to have her killed. He was also put under a restraining order forbidding contact with her. But the actor rushed to the hospital on Wednesday to be by his wife's side, fueling reports that the couple want to get back together. "She wants to reconcile and get on with her life with Charlie and the babies," Mueller's lawyer Yale Galanter was quoted as telling the New York Daily News. The 3-D mania fuelled by the success of Avatar is coming to the Grammy awards at the end of the month. Organisers announced Wednesday that the January 31 ceremony will feature a 3-D tribute to Michael Jackson culled from a clip he made for his hit 'Earth Song' that was to be screened as part of his comeback concerts. Jackson died June 25, just before he was due to start the sold-out engagement. Usher, Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson and Smokey Robinson will perform alongside the clip, which viewers in the US will be able to watch in 3-D by picking up a pair of free glasses at US retailer Target. Marathi film 'Harishchandrachi Factory', India's official entry for the Oscars, has been voted out in the Foreign Language Film category. 'Harishchandrachi Factory' is Mumbai-based theatre actor-director Paresh Mokashi's debut film that is on the making of 'Raja Harishchandra', India's first full length feature film made in 1913 by the pioneer of Indian cinema Dadasaheb Phalke. Nine films have been selected for the next round of voting for the 82nd Academy Awards, said a press statement. 65 films had originally qualified in the category. The final list will be announced Feb 2, while the award ceremony will take place March 7.
