True Blood is a show that it's tough to stop watching. Each episode, even the middling ones, usually manages to throw in a cliffhanger that makes it difficult to not want to tune in the next week. For executive producer Alan Ball, though, it might be time to leave True Blood behind. Ball, who brought the book series by Charlaine Harris to the screen back in 2008, has served as executive producer for all three seasons and has written eight episodes of the show. There's no doubt he's been a major voice in the creation and direction of the series, but could he be planning to leave soon?
