"If you don't have something like your family, your husband or your wife, your children - I mean he probably didn't have the balance," she added. By reuters Saturday Jun 27 4:25 PM By Gina Keating LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Beatles For Sale? The Fab Four's prized catalog -- specifically 267 songs mostly written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney -- is embarking on a long and winding road of ownership uncertainty following the death of Michael Jackson on Thursday. The pop singer and Sony Corp's Sony Music arm operated a lucrative joint venture that either owns or administers the copyrights to about 750,000 compositions written by the likes of Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Taylor Swift and the Jonas Brothers. Industry analysts estimate that Sony/ATV Music Publishing is worth at least $1 billion, making Jackson one savvy entertainer. His initial investment cost him $47.5 million in 1985. Music publishing is considered a license to print money. Not quite as exciting as the piracy-ravaged recorded-music side, it involves collect

Potter fans conned with 'free early movie premiere link' by hackers

Harry Potter fans are being conned with a phoney link placed by cyber criminals that claims to lead them to a free sneak preview of the new film. Hackers have been trying to trap fans into watching the soon to be released Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince with the link. Viewers are told they must download and install a "streamviewer" in order to watch the premiere, which in reality downloads "malware" that secretly records personal information such as passwords, and bank card numbers. Fraudsters then gather these details to sell them over the World Wide Web or use the information for other swindles. Michael Greene, vice president of Product Strategy for PC Tools, said fans were being targeted due to the hype surrounding the new release. "It's a case of curiosity kills the cat... If you want to see the Harry Potter video before it's released you are going to click on the link. But it's likely you'll get an infection on your computer," S

The coroner officials have not found any evidence of foul play in Jackson's death. They are taking extra time to complete toxicology, neuropathology and pulmonary tests before determining the exact cause. "The cause of death has been deferred, which means that the medical examiner has ordered additional testing, such as toxicology and other studies, and those tests we anticipate will take approximately four to six weeks to complete," Contactmusic quoted Chief coroner and investigator Craig Harvey as saying. "At that time, once those test results have been completed, we anticipate being able to close the case and issue a final cause of death. "There
