Madhur Bhandarkar and Vipul Shah, Director's Take, Beauty's Stake


A collaboration of two greats: Madhur Bhandarkar and Vipul Shah will infuse life into the cine careers of two lucky beauties! 'Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2010', the nation's most sought after beauty pageant has forged a strategic alliance with directors Bhandarkar and Shah to identify, mentor and launch two Miss India finale contestants in their respective upcoming projects.

To facilitate this cinematic journey, two more industry stalwarts Anupam Kher and Shiamak Davar will pitch in honing the acting ( Kher's 'An Actor Prepares') and dancing skills (Shiamak Davar's Institute for the Performing Arts) of the pageant femmes.

Says Bhandarkar, "I love working with newcomers and this innovative tie up will give the industry talented actresses to reckon with. I'm looking for the right mix of talent and individuality and Femina Miss India 2010 is the perfect place to find such a person."

An enthuses Shah states, "By providing specialised and focused guidance to potential Miss India candidates, they will become a complete package for Indian cinema."
