‘Dexter‘ Season 5 Comic-Con Trailer

EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK OF SEASON 5 OF THE EMMY®-NOMINATED SERIES DEXTER™

PREMIERES AT COMIC-CON 2010

Over 4,000 screaming fans filled Ballroom 20 of the San Diego Convention Center on Thursday to revel in this year’s DEXTER Comic-Con panel. The one-hour session featured Emmy® nominee Michael C. Hall along with cast mates Jennifer Carpenter, James Remar and the show’s executive producers discussing some of the story and character arcs from the highly-anticipated fifth season which premieres on Sunday, September 26th at 9:00 PM ET/PT on SHOWTIME.

Additionally, SHOWTIME premiered an exclusive trailer featuring scenes from season five of DEXTER that offered fans in attendance a first look at the Emmy®-nominated series that is currently in production. On the heels of the panel, DEXTER fans around the globe are clamoring to see the trailer to catch a glimpse of the new season

This show  is  a come back serial for  Iqbal Khan, one of the popular male actors of Indian Television .  He would be  facing small screen after the gap of two years. The story is about the character of  Rudra which is  played by Iqbal khan, This character is based on the character of Devdas who falls for Pihu (Aditi Gupta). The second female lead is Gauri ( Binny Sharma), the character based on Chandramukhi who enters his life at a later stage. . Aruna Irani is also part of this serial she would be  essaying the role of grandmother of Rudra( Iqbal Khan) . Sudha Chandran  is acting as grandmother of Gauri( Binny Sharma). Movies based on the story of Devdas has always been hit. It would be interesting to watch if the serial is able to generate the same interest  among the viewers.
