Rajnish Sahay appointed CEO, Percept Talent Management

Rajnish Sahay has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Percept Talent Management (PTM), effective July 2010. He was previously chief executive officer of Globosport Digital where he was responsible for providing a 360-degree approach to celebrity management which included the new media business portfolio.

At Percept, Sahay will be in charge of all the three new business verticals: creating Intellectual Properties for talents, client servicing and acquiring and managing talents across all genres.

Commenting on his appointment, Sahay said, "Percept were the visionaries and pioneers of the talent management business in India, and the equity commanded by Brand PTM is unparalleled. I look forward to synergizing our strengths and taking this brand to new heights. We are a very young and vibrant team full of zeal and new ideas, and will no doubt bring exceptional value to both the talents and the brands associated with us."

Shailendra Singh, joint managing director, Percept Limited, added, “Talent management has soared to a new plateau in today’s digital age. With Rajnish’s unique background in both the talent management and the new media business space, we look forward to PTM going global and scaling new heights.”
