Maalik Ek is based on biography of Sai Baba of Shirdi. It is based on the preaching and philosophy of the great fakir and saint Shri Sai Baba. The film enlightens one of those spiritual experiences of Baba, known only to the blessed few. In order to enable the masses to experience this heart touching "Sai Baba's grace", Maalik Ek team has decided to dub the film in various regional and international languages. Maalik Ek takes to the era, during which the great fakir Shri Sai Baba was refused entry into various communities and villages surrounding Shirdi

Zee TV is  coming up with a new soap opera “ Sanjog Se Bani Sangini”. The story of this  serial is based on the  hit movie “Devdas”. This show  is  a come back serial for  Iqbal Khan, one of the popular male actors of Indian Television .  He would be  facing small screen after the gap of two years. The story is about the character of  Rudra which is  played by Iqbal khan, This character is based on the character of Devdas who falls for Pihu (Aditi Gupta). The second female lead is Gauri ( Binny Sharma), the character based on Chandramukhi who enters his life at a later stage. . Aruna Irani is also part of this serial she would be  essaying the role of grandmother of Rudra( Iqbal Khan) . Sudha Chandran  is acting as grandmother of Gauri( Binny Sharma). Movies based on the story of Devdas has always been hit. It would be interesting to watch if the serial is able to generate the same interest  among the viewers.
